Active Solutions for a Healthier Workspace
Sitting is the new smoking: prolonged sitting increases the risk of obesity, cardiovascular disease, and even cancer. On average, people spend 77% of their day seated at work, often for more than eight hours.
The goal is a space-efficient, budget-friendly design that can be made accessible through fablab techniques like 3D printing and laser cutting. This solution should be open-source and adaptable, allowing users to customize it to their needs.
The open call runs from September 2024 to March 2025, with a try-out at the Mutation Festival in November.
