Within the Hatha yoga class we move in a calm, conscious way through a series of postures that promote strength, balance and flexibility. You will be given the space to work at your own pace and adapt the postures to your own capabilities and needs. The focus is on breathing and awareness, so that you relax not only physically but also mentally.

We conclude the class with a short meditation, which will allow you to sink deeper into a sense of calm and balance. This ensures that you feel relaxed and refreshed for the rest of your day.

This Hatha yoga class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced.
