Fun and zen via Acro Yoga with Circusjakkedoe.be

Drawing from our expertise with circus and acrobatics, we offer this slightly more active form of yoga. All the basic elements of Hatha yoga are covered, such as meditation, breathing exercises and asanas (poses). Then we work in pairs or larger groups, step by step and in complete safety, towards a certain acro pose where you literally carry each other. In this form of yoga, one becomes aware of oneself and at the same time of the other. Not only does it promote balance and self-confidence in one's own body, but also confidence in the other person.
